Update on New Platform for EUSR
Last July we sent you a survey to gather feedback about our current registration platform. We had an amazing response and many of you also took the time to contact us with additional comments and suggestions – thank you.
We’ve taken on board all of your feedback and examined in detail the what, why and how of our current operational processes to ensure the new platform adds true value. We already know we will be able to reduce card turnaround time – something we understand is really important to you and your customers.
We’ve chosen the new platform and preparation for implementation is well under way. We’re looking to go live in June/July and we’ll be communicating with you about this in more detail over the coming months. We’ll also be holding a number of face-to-face workshops, online webinars and providing other resources to help make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
